Missing socks, knotted kite strings, and a mare's mane braided into a hundred tiny plaits mean someone is pranking Pedro's farm. With his grandmother's sieve he catches Saci-Perere, the one-legged trickster in a red cap, then wins a friend by giving the cap back for free.
